1Information we handle
This website does not create user accounts or collect payment information. If you use the contact form, the site prepares a draft in your own email application. Nothing is sent to BrightAid until you review and send that email yourself.
2Donations and external services
Donations are completed outside this website through BrightAid’s campaign page on Chuffed. Payment information is handled under Chuffed’s own terms and privacy practices; BrightAid’s website does not receive your card details.
3Cookies and analytics
This version does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Your language preference is stored on your device. Generic action labels may be kept temporarily in browser memory, without transmitting them to an external analytics service or including form content. Our hosting provider may keep limited technical and security logs.
4External links and field content
The site may link to external platforms and BrightAid’s official social accounts. We minimize personal information in project documentation and avoid publishing sensitive details about supported families or field teams.
